The standard is above most guest houses. It has all the required items which are of high quality. Host has respect for their guest.
Dawn is justifiably proud of her Place. It is spacious and has many niceties, like fresh lavender on the bed, plenty of coffee and milk and delightful, naughtically themed decor. She evn gave up her own garage for my car! A fun space with its own entrance. I was spoiled!

Excellent location within a few minutes walk of the cliff path and Grotto beach. Despite the location being next to the road, its surprisingly quiet at night, and the room is quite comfortable, with the electric blankets being a big plus. Dawn is also an exceptional host - she met us on the first day, recommended excellent local sights and restaurants, and kept us updated on whale sightings so that we maximized our visit to the whale coast! Highly recommended host and house!
The property was very well equipped (extras such as beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, toiletries, first aid, restaurant menus, and more) and wonderfully friendly and accommodating hosts.
